Since Obama took office the national DEBT has been going up that much every TWO weeks. Do the math yourself if you doubt me. In the last 4 years the debt has increased $4.939 trillion dollars.

$50 billion here and $50 billion there is small potatoes.

@ Rifleman: Yes, the debt has increased under Obama - the most recent President it did not increase under was Clinton.

What we need to look at is what drove the increase. And then we have to ask if things would have been different under McCain - if we answer yes to that, we have to try to determine how they would have been different and if that would have increased debt at a slower rate or faster rate than it increased under Obama.

We can't post links, but if you google it there is a website that breaks down the debt by the still in play Bush policies, the effect of the recession, and Obama's policies.

Yes - the national debt is high and yes, Obama has some responsibility for that. But to blame it all on him is to ignore reality - especially since there is no indication things would be different under McCain.

@ Rifleman: Really? You are going to politicize the storm damages and loss of life? What a wonderful, caring person you are. It is nice to see your so-called Christian values in play.

During the 8 years of the Bush Administration the national debt rose $4.899 trillion. It has risen $4.939 trillion so far in less than 4 years under Obama. We are talking economic loss here and not the toll in human lives.

If you are worried about the loss of human life how about the loss of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the brave men who tried to save him. The attack lasted five hours and their repeated calls for help went unheeded.

The truth hurts.

@ Rifleman: So now you are politicizing the deaths in Benghazi. Yeah - that makes things so much better!

I think there are enough Hollywood millionaires and billionaires combined with plenty of super rich pro athletes that we could simply "redistribute" their wealth to the good folks of New Jersey. I wonder how that idea would fly?? They all believe in wealth redistribution right?? Here is their big chance to put up or SHUT UP!!!

Google "Cindy Sheehan" and see how the liberals milked that story. We call it a double standard when the left does one thing and then expects conservatives to walk some invisible moral high ground.

What did Obama know, and when did he know it?

The liberals like to sweep misbehavior like this under the carpet. I love their double standard. Google "Cindy Sheehan". The liberals tried to make her an industry.
