I'm not the first to be critical of the Jazz high first round draft choices and I won't be the last. For some reason the team can't seem to pick guys who are capable of contributing in their first year or to have the career you might expect from a lottery pick. Tonight you saw some guys really take advantage of a new team, city and opportunity to prove the critics wrong, I hope it carries thru the entire season. It's hard not to appreciate the attitude of the Williams dou or the newly picked up outside shooter. Great start, I hope we see a season filled with similar team efforts.
The defense in the second half really picked up. The turning point was when Mo hit back to back 3's. It was tied before he did that, and Dallas just went to zone. Big mistake. It sparked an 18-2 run. Great game Mo, but please please please, lose the geeky glasses. That is the stupidest trend. Welcome back to Utah, we are happy to have you back.
Great job by Marvin and Randy Foye too.
Jazz seems a serious playoff team last night! Great game, enjoyed it! I hope they continue playing that way. Keep it up and your lockers won't be emptied until late Summer! Where there's a will[iams] there's a way!...Deron who?
I liked the minute distribution, hope Corbin keeps it up. Seems the Jazz brass are already thinking future trades. My grandpa said, "be slow about trading a mule that you know for one that you don't".
Great team play. The Jazz are as deep as the old 97 Jazz. not afraid of predicting them being say least 6th in western conference.
