The owner of a legally purchased item should be allowed to sell that item without restriction in a non business transaction. Items purchased for business resale should follow the rules for business operation. In any case the rules should apply equally because of business rules no mater where the item is purchased.

If business has free rein to use foreign labor to make products for the American market, people should have that same freedom to purchase products from the foreign maker at the foreign cost.
