Here's hoping for a speedy recovery and if you were knocked unconscious... you wake up as a Republican!

Amen, LDS Liberal.

@sammyg... not so much! Give the guy a break; he was in a car wreck.

I'm glad he's OK.
I only wish he were more concerned about the train wreck he helped create; AKA the fiscal cliff.
There is no reason rational leaders allowed this thing to happen. After all, the very reason they exist at all is to keep our nation from such uncertainties. They are all sitting back and watching this happen and it is not good for our nation.
A six car crash in nothing compared to this stand-off that is holding us all hostage.

Ah, the DN comments boards. Stay classy, guys.

(And a quick recovery to Senator Reid.)

God bless you brother Reid and your family. Thank you for your fine service to our nation and the integrity you display daily as Senate Leader. You make me proud.

Senator Reid, you are an example of what a true Christian fighter should be. Fight for equality and social justice. Fight for those less fortunate.
I wish you a speedy recovery.

Many may not know it, but we need you healthy and strong back in the Senate.

Being a Democrat in Utah... I know this story kept the Desnews moderators busy. Civility is extinct in Utah.

Quick recovery, Senator.

WEll-well maybe a good knock in the head will get old Harry to finally get the Senate to pass a budget. Part if his duties as a senator leader is to pass a yearly budget for the USA. He has failed 3 years in a row.

Taylorsville, Utah

I love senator Reid. I pray for his speedy recovery. This latest ramming from the rear end is like having a "Romneshia Affect". Now he can think clearly of drifting over to the Romney side.
