Sports builds character or that need to win at all cost mentality.

Sounds as thought All participants were doing it, from the reports.
They are just a form of entertainment, let them enhance themselves if they want to, it make it better to watch anyway.
Lets have those super Athletes they know it's killing them and are willing participants, and are well compensated.

Just like baseball where everyone was doing it, and they went after a couple of stars to appease the media. Baseball and Cycling needed them to dope up, to bring excitement to the sport and build the fan base.

Our food supply is on drugs. Our chickens are on steroids. Our Cattle are on steroids. Our crops are on steroids. Our students are on drugs. Doctors takes drugs to pass their boards. Students take drugs to pass final exams. Our economy is on steroids. Many sports are on steroids. Our Olympics are on steroids. They give out a list of drugs they test for so the athletes use the drugs not tested for. Is there any element of our society that is "drug free"? Fishing?

Red Smith,

Nice name.

Our economy is for sure not on Steroids. Also, just because the cheaters are doing it doesn't mean that everybody is.

Also, even if you are the last Honest man in Sodom then that is saying something. He was saved.

Stand tall. Don't don't fall for the typical justifications we see from all the cheaters.

Why should we be surprised that sports heroes cheat when our political leaders and camdidates constantly lie with such alackrity.

Information, please.

What type of doping/cheating is Armstrong accused of doing? I don't rcall hearing anything, at any time, about a scandal coming from his failing a drug test. What is he accused of doing? How could he fool the testing?
