Spend the money fixing the problem. It seems ludicrous that testing cannot be fixed. I quit being a fan a few years ago because they simply refuse to fix the testing. Lance is probably the most arrogant of all the caught cheaters in any sport, and he may never admit to how he treated those who stood by his side as he looked them in the face and with all the sincerity of his heart, lied to them. That is among the lowest of the low lifes to treat others that way. We are an incredibly forgiving people, but only after finally hearing the truth from the humbled athlete.

Armstrong made millions off his cheating - 10's of millions. Maybe even a 100 million. Who is going to reclaim this money? Lance can just blow everyone off at this point and go hide away somewhere with all his money being set for life many times over. I hope some civil law suits are filed to reclaim some of this stolen money. The man is a shameless cheater and he beat the system and used his cancer recovery to help champion his money making. It doesn't get any lower than that.
