These guys are almost too good to be true. What a great example they have set for the rest of us in regards to making personal health and fitness a priority. Our health is one of our most valuable assets yet most of us are not willing to invest the time and effort it takes to maintain it as these two have. Cudos to these dynamic duo!
These two will always be at the top of the list in my book. I think they remain fit because it was not only a practice but was their life for so many years.That is why those not in shape are still not in shape. We were very lucky to have these two for one in a lifetime treasure.
