I thought the same thing--we like to make it seem like a fine is such a punishment, but really? Taking educational money from the budget of a school to punish the the athletic side of the school which doesn't follow any rules and really, doesn't have much to do with the eudcational side of the school? It doesn't add up. Go Team!
