Even with the amazing depth that jazz have at 3,4 this year, it would be a crime if coach does not get jeremy at least 10mins/game. I think the best way to utilize him is to put some energy into the game when the jazz players on the floor are slacking or are tired, end of 2nd or 3rd qtrs. He is almost guaranteed to give a critical block, putback or rebound and turn the tempo around.
The last couple of years the Jazz only kept thirteen players on the roster and a couple of times they only had nine semi-healthy bodies. This is where depth comes in handy.I agree that a good spot for him would be the end of a quarter. No one would be able to let their guard down.If Evans does it well he could be in the game the last two minutes as well.
Also what I liked about the Evans dunk was there were a couple of Jazz players right behind him.
