Oh come on just tell us the rulings
Is it really that difficult to determine eligibility ??
Either East is stripped of it's wins and their season is over, or the UHSAA should be stripped and disbanded for not enforcing their own rules. Take your pick.
I thought the UHSAA already ruled on the Timpview case?
Were they not stripped of the region title last year?
Was the young man not ruled eligible to play this year?
If the UHSAA has a backbone and any crediability, East should expect the same sort of finding/ruling.
@ifel of'a-sofa
Those were both region rulings. They are different regions. You guys need to figure out the difference before you spout off.
Now the uhsaa is going to make their rulings on both. I don't agree that they have to rule the same way on both although if they do that is fine by me. Every situation should be looked at individually and decided on its own merits.
Take yet another incentive to pull kids from other boundaries away otherwise remove all rules. It's easier in this UHSAA culture to break and disregard the rules and ask for forgiveness than to follow and enforce them.
sltrib's kyle goon just reported the decision is in: East will have to forfeit their games and miss the playoffs.
