    It is such a pity that a great cyclist felt compelled to take drugs to give him the last few percent in order to be competitive with the other drug cheats. Remember it does not matter how much performance enhancing drugs you give a donkey it is never going to win the Grand National. Like wise Lance and US Postal were great tacticians who trained hard for months so they knew the course inside out.

    It would be good if the World cycling body drew a line saying the period between 1990 and 2010 were drug influenced and moved on. That way Lance and the others could admit what happened and move on also.
