Can't argue with the Government. They know best. Just look at the educational & poverty level of our people.
I wonder if individuals could also sue the state. I always purchase one 32 ounce drink for myself and my wife at a fast food joint, and between the two of us we usually don't finish it. Why force us to pay more by purchasing two drinks? Many people would still just purchase one drink, but get a free refill, and that's cheating the business if they could have just sold a larger drink.
I say Bloomberg should just mind his own business. He deserves to be sued.
