"... After all, with crushing debt, chronically high unemployment and the worst economic recovery since World War II, Obama can't run on stewardship. Nor on the future. He has no serious agenda. Nothing on entitlements, nothing on tax reform, nothing on debt, nothing on the fiscal cliff."

Right on Krauthammer! I hope someone get Obama a teleprompter for the next debate so he quit whining afterwards.

Given that Obama threw his own white grandmother that raised him under the bus stating that she was racist in the '08 campaign, and grandma came to rescue again in the last debate trying to make a point about social security, this Obama dude is all about himself. He personally took out Bin Laden but it was the CIA fault that the caused the Libya foreign policy disaster. This guy is amazingly incompetent!

When the country sees a different Obama in the next debate, win or lose, they will be left to wonder... Which is the real Obama?

And which Obama will show up when next national crisis threatens the county?

It's time for a real leader and a real adult to occupy the White House... not a media created caricature.

Would a real leader and a real adult do things like offer to bet $10,000 or contradict himself every week or so? I think there's more to the teenage bully than shows about Romney, and I don't think he's been sorry any day in his life, except maybe the day the check for taxes goes out.

Man - If that was the most scripted, well rehersed, straight from the conservative playbook for ratings for all FoxNews listeners I don't know what would be!

Charles - be sure to save that template, so you can cut and paste any other "liberals" name for your next parroted article.

Obama can't survive on substance. The ONLY thing he has is theatrics and perhaps mean spirited attacks and rudeness as Biden showed. Mitt must pin Barack in the corner and FORCE him to face his record and explain his plan in detail for the next term in office. Obama wants NOTHING to do with real numbers and explaining his plan so expect this next debate to be some sort of a mad dash to attack Romney and ignore the questions. I think real people (not including the far left) see through the Obama shallowness and cheap shots so Mitt just needs to speak forcefully and stick to the facts. There will be all sorts of spin and lies thrown out by team Obama and that is to be expected.

So, LDS Liberal, I guess your approach is that if you can't refute the content of the article, then try to skewer the messenger. That approach is "scripted, well-rehearsed, and straight from the liberal playbook." Is that really all the substance you can muster?

I'm just in stitches over some of these comments. Let me see if I can translate:

"Oh, Charlie, how much water is in that bucket?"
Translation: "Waaaah!"

"I really appreciate the civil dialogue and thoughtful comments encouraged by the DN selected op-ed."

Not a single credible rebuttal to anything that was said in the column. Sarcasm, whining, characterization - that's about all the liberals have to offer. And they actually think they are the smart ones.
