It's no surprise that Levi is being suspended after his report to the USADA, but it also wouldn't be a bit surprising if the USADA and International Cycling Union dug deeper into all cyclists, they'd find that the use of performance enhancing drugs in cycling is as rampant as the use of steroids in baseball.
So the real question is, do you basically wipe all of the accomplishments from the past 20 years off the books, or do you only go after the records of those who have been caught, so far?
Or do you concur that since everyone has been doing it, no one really had an advantage?
