    Mitt said that Ryan had not been in a debate since high school. Turns out THAT'S not true either. If a guy can't be truthful about something that can be easily checked, then what does that say about how he'd handle REAL secrets? It seems like a comeback opportunity from one of the Bush gang to take the job of "Secretary of Truthiness".

    Romney's comment to the Des Moines Register was “There’s no legislation with regards to abortion that I’m familiar with that would become part of my agenda,” he went on to say that he would reinstate the Mexico City policy banning the use of U.S. foreign aid to fund abortions abroad

    On NBC’s Meet the Press Romney said “It would be my preference that they (Supreme Court) reverse Roe v. Wade and therefore they return to the people and their elected representatives the decisions with regards to this important issue.” That would be consistent with his Mississippi stance and hardly the melodrama that you imply

    @WHAT NOW?
    I ran a 5K years ago - I have no idea what my time was - moreover I don't care
    If you have nothing of more substance than a self-acknowledged miss-spoken marathon time as the basis for your venom against Ryan, then why should I care about that either?

    Biden's issue is that he and Obama have no record to run on. When he tries to lie about Romney's tax plan, he's going to get called out. When he points to the amazing new unemployment number, he'll get called out on that. When he talks about Medicare, he'll get called out again. Biden is fun to listen to and watch. He has great charisma. He's going to have some great lines. But there's no content he can bring that will stand up.

    "scrappy joe edges out obama as the most empty suit to ever serve in the wh"

    As opposed to Romney who somehow went from supporting Mississippi's radical Personhood Amendment to now saying he has no policy plans for abortion?

    I like Joe. Of all the people playing this game, he seems to be the one most comfortable with it and with himself.

    Nobody doubts that Biden will have a better showing than Obama did against Romney. I won't sell Ryan short until I see him fail .... like Obama did.

    As a warm-up to the debate, Ryan will explain how a 4:05 marathon time turned into a 2:50.

    After voters have swallowed that explanation, Ryan will work his morph magic on his budget.
