in 2008 he was running against bush and running on bush-fatigue.

This time BO has to run against his won record. When the best he can do is "I'll save Big Bird!", you know he is desparate.

I'm currently on assignment in a battleground state. Interesting to see the campaign ads. I have seen one ad approved by the Romney camp - it was upbeat and talked aobut what Romney would do. I've seen two or three ads approved by BO, they were ALL anti-Romney, showing again BO cannot run on his own record.

I've also seen ads placed by super-PACs. The ads from both sides were negative.

The anti-Romney ads quoted analyses by uber-left think tanks or anti-Romney media outlets like the Boston Globe/Pravda to twist and distort Romney, his record, and his proposals.

The anit-BO ads stated US government statistics and even quoted the obama-mania media to show how dismal BO's performance has been. For the lame-stream media to publish anything that casts a bad light on OB, you know it had to be pretty bad.
