Everyone knows (particularly eurpoeans) that Spain is a financial disaster (hence the euro moniker PIGS - Portugal Italy Greece Spain)

The current Spanish financial crisis is typical of countries who can't control their spending. Sooner or later people, and countries, that spend more than they make must inevitably go bankrupt.
