I like Rush's comment. This team definitely has depth. I think the defense deserves more credit than they were given in this game. They forced fumbles and played a very clean and physical game. The second touchdown allowed was just before the game ended against East's back-up guys (who were in a good amount since Bountiful didn't put up much of a game). The D paved the way for offensive possession time and plays, giving Bountiful few 1st downs other than start of series. East's offense could have done a lot better. Tolutau did an awesome job as usual and he's surrounded by some good guys, but some of the things around him need to be cleaned up. There were about 3 personal fouls and a handful of other penalties that cost East yardage and finishes, plus a fumble late in the 4th that resulted in a turnover and eventual 2nd touchdown by Bountiful. Bountiful IS a good team. At the same time, many still underestimate just how good of a team East is.
No doubt in my mind--East has the best team in their classification. I thought they were the best last year. They will be a tall order for any team they face in the playoffs.
