You guys ought to visit Peru and walk around some of the Pre-Colombian and Pre-Inca ruins. Stone circles, monoliths, huanca stones, huacas, and temples all attest to the universality of mythic origins of humanity. Peru is the land of 10,000 temples and soon there will be three LDS. Among the sites to not be missed would be Machu Picchu of course, followed by Tiwanaku, Chavin de Huantar, Caral, Chan Chan, Ventanilla, Sechin Bajo, Alto, the fabulous ruins and tumbes of Sipan and Sicca, Pachamanca, Huacas del Sol y Luna, Kuelap and last but not least the Nazca lines. Thanks for your fascinating article.
