Obama taking credit for Ohio’s upturn in its economy is like an arrogant rooster believing his crowing every morning makes the sun come up. John Kasich (R) governor of Ohio’s economic policies have caused that state to improve its economy, not Barrack Obama! But like the phony he is Obama will take a bow and thank himself.

Why is it always have to be us vs them. Why can't gov't and the private sector work together to create a favorable pro business economic climate. I for one am glad GM, Ford and Chrysler are still around. The last thing this country needs is more Toyota's and Honda's on the road. Buy American, support our own auto industry.

@mountainman. Exactly what did the governor of Ohio do that improved their economy? Can you give specifics and not general statements?

I remember Obama walking around Solydra, and talking to the workers. What a record of failures.

WHAT NOW?

@hillboy

kasich should receive credit?

Let's vet his record...

He spent 18 years in congress (1983-2001).

(That fact, in and of itself, should remove any credibility)

He was a talking head at fox news for 6 years (2001-2007).

(Fails as a congressman and then walks in the door at fox news)

He was an investment banker for lehman brothers until the firm collapsed (2008).

(As an investment banker for a failing firm, he received a performance bonus of $432,000).

He rode the 2010 t-party wave to a 2% victory as gov. of ohio.

As a result of examing his record, it looks like kasich should receive credit for being just another craven pandering revolving door politico...

Period.
