I have been where you are. My husband is a 9 year survivor of ALL by matched unrelated donor bone marrow transplant. It is not an easy road, but it is possible to Be cured and live well. He was treated at the University of Utah Medical Center prior to Huntsman Center doing transplants. Many of the same doctors, nurses, and physician assistants now work at Huntsman. Your brother will have the best care possible. I wanted to share that hope.
