Mormons vote for mormons, regardless of political party.
I don't understand why they would be Democrats. I don't understand why Romney would not be welcome either way. I also don't understand why this is a news story.
On the very rare occasions that the current POTUS has chosen to attend worship services, it has been reported that the amount of manpower and cost to the U.S. taxpayer for the church buildings to be swept for threats, for security to be in place ahead of his arrival, for security during his time there and for security traveling to and from, it seems to me that strictly from a cost savings viewpoint Mitt and family would be better off attending private services within the White House, and inviting others in to join them.
So all you Dems over in the 3rd Ward can wipe your brows from worry over who might be called as Mitt’s Home Teacher.
Obviously this won't be a problem, given Mitt's most pathetic campaign.

I guess that means he won't be be going to the Temple for 4-8 years then either.
Shame.
As President, I greatly doubt he would be assigned any ward duties or home teaches due to the nature of the presidency, but who knows, if his home teaches are vetted by the secret service they could home teach.
If Obama can have the muslim brotherhood in the whitehouse...then why not the 'Mormon' brotherhood?
Going or not going to the temple would be a personal decision, most likely based on if he is able to or not. More important in the church is that he is temple worthy.
