Gotta keep those huge corporate farms reaping in profits.

It's been a long, long time since the farm policies of this nation have helped small family farmers. But, oh boy, do they ever help the biggies!

If we're not careful, we'll soon be in the same kind of pickle with our food that we're in with oil.

There's only one thing I expect of primary producers, be they family farms or corporate giants. They need to make money without government subsidy. No corporate welfare, no socialism, no handouts, no entitlements, no tax breaks or transportation subsidies. Make money. It's a business, and if it's anything but get a job to support your farming habit.
