This makes me smile. I loved thinking about the many classy ute fans while watching this game.

Wow, just think of what SC, UCLA, Arizona and Cal are going to do to you guys.

Now, maybe they will get rid of those most stupidest looking helmets ever.

Utah fans better get used to this. Those pac 12 banners we see EVERYWHERE in SLC are only going to remind you of the beating you are going to take each and every regular season game.

I can feel the ground shake as the bandwagon fans all over SLC are jumping off.

Any real Ute fans should be checking D.I. the next few days as there will be plenty of ute gear for sale.

Glad Utah could win its bowl game last week though.

I expected this (maybe not this bad). ASU is much improved, as is the PAC 12 this year. Even Oregon State is looking sharp with wins over Wisconsin and UCLA.

Utah is in dire need of some offense. Jon White IV was instrumental in turning the season around last year. But as I told everyone, his 316 carries last season would see his senior year be sub par. Whittingham did this to Asiata as well. He got hurt. Now White can't get right. Feature backs are a thing of the past. Too many carries and shortens their productivity.

Utah needs a bye week (good timing). Make it like fall camp and straighten out the offensive line, playbook, and offensive identity.

PAC 12 teams are putting up points. It's normal to see 41-37 type games. If Utah's defense can keep teams around 20 ppg, the offense still has to score to win. The PAC 12 is tough and it will get tougher in years to come, playing Oregon and Stanford.

I'll be at RES cheering hard for the Utah (USC game). Utah will get better but won't win that game. Let's go bowling.

Kind of excited the Utes got beat. Slow down there big boy as many on this site have said before " a single game makes does not make a season" lets play it out buddy. Four wins would look great after tonight but lets see what happens.

Seriously? 37-7, It seems the only team the Utes look forward to playing every year is BYU.

I guess it is true that NYU is the utes Bowl game. No matter when it is played, they will always get up for the team that the look up too the most. Maybe they still have time to really get up to play CU. The mighty utes were looking at taking the PAC 12 South this year....instead the utes got confused and went SOUTH.....both map wise and wins wise. Prepare for more of the same.

I couldn’t find the game on TV but I was interested to see if any Arizona State students ran onto the field before the time had expired and especially if any ASU students ran up to Whit and cursed him out as he left the field?

Cannot remember seeing a Coach Whit team play so poorly... Very undisciplined and erratic. Everyone wearing a "U" on their helmet just looked plain awful.

Look for Ute fans to come out of hibernation around the latter part of October when they face Cal at home and they're sitting on a 2-5 record.

If that picture of whittingham really was during pregame warmups it is obvious from the look on his face that he knew what was coming.

I'm sad for the Utes, but I feel even worse because my cougs couldn't beat them last week. I really thought they were better than they are but now I'm not so sure. Too bad BYU couldn't pull it off against Boise either. So close but no cigar!

Utah can't lie to itself anymore. Whit has driven this team off a cliff and it is going to be there for a while. His Quarterback decisions over the last 4 years have been horrible.
The BYU win was a joke because both Whit and Bronco are old school and boring to watch. How is that 25 year old offensive coordinator working out for you Whit. "OFFENSIVE" I was embarrassed last night at the game. I wished I had worn gold instead of Red. ASU could have scored 60 point on us if they wanted too. The game was so bad I was wishing it was over at half time. But all is not lost.... Whit has his job for life at 1.5 million per year and we will be able to see this train wreck every year for the foreseeable future.

Bitter huh? You are correct about one thing, one game does not make a season. Unfortunately the remaining 8 games will make utah's season and the results in the majority of those will not be much better, at least from a utah "fan" perspective. I'm going to enjoy it though.

It's highly likely that the Utes won't even make a bowl game. Doesn't speak very well for BYU to have lost to Utah, but when you have no offense . . .

After the arrogance displayed by everyone associated with the Ute program (journalist, radio personalities included), it is great for them to get a taste of some humble pie!
