I am a Ute fan who likes Riley Nelson and I feel bad for him. Still, if you are Bronco, don't you have to start Taysom Hill now? BYU needs Hill to win now and also to get the experience and game time to win in the future.

The rise and fall is right. That is football, and BYU football.

Perhaps Bronco should have gone with Hill all along, or maybe Heaps, although I don't think Heaps is a winner. Whittingham went with Wynn two years too long. Wynn had an arm until he hurt his shoulder. Since then, Utah has been in limbo while Whittingham kept waiting for Wynn to regain his form. It never happened and some good Utah defenses got cheated with an offense that couldn't move the ball and score points. That is happening at BYU now. BYU has never had a defense this good, but their offense is abysmal.

In the end, are you still happy you gave up on Robert Anae? What about Norm Chow back in the day? You can't have an offense that scores 45 points each game every year. This year BYU can't score zilch.

Please Riley, do a Wynn and retire from the game. You should not have come back this year! Medical school is calling.

Bronco and the entire coaching staff owe the BYU fans a public apology. Does the word accountability mean anything to you Bronco? Own it!

I did not like Anae. He was a lot like Doman. The announcers would talk about how he was trying everything to change things up, but not once did I see him go outside of his normal play calling. 1st down, run of some sort. 2nd down, little variety either an option or a roll out short pass. 3rd down, because of the lack of yardage on the first two downs usually a broken up pass play where the quarerback scrambles for his life, or a planned and not very often well executed quarterback draw. Fourth well that is a given. BYU shows no change and attempts no trickery to try and get a spark going just the same ole same ole. Need to try something new.

Riley/Hill reminds me of Riley/Heaps

Riley struggles and they throw Heaps in too soon. He does ok for a while but is too young and loses confidence. They they go right back to Riley.

They are going to do the same thing with Hill... just wait.

I'm very surprised at the poor QB play and the uncreative play calling. The Defense is amazing, now if the offense can just get it even a little bit together they'll win games...

Heaps was great under Robert Anae - remember? It was when Doman took over that things feel to pieces. Get rid of Doman and let Bronco go after his 3 year deal is up. This is ugly!!
