The report missed a couple of pertinent points. 1. The Labor Dept consistently under measures new applications for unemployment by an average of 4,000 per week. This has been the case covering the last 61 weeks. 2. That would then mean applications did not drop. 2. California is working through an adjustment failure in their program that has them recording applications, new and renewed nearly 4 weeks behind. That can be affecting 10,000 or more unemployment new applications not being counted at all. The Labor Department making brite red roses out of dead daisies! An entire Department that does nothing to help create jobs, just measuring lists of those out of work!
