The only people it seems to be a nightmare for, are those still trying to make mit acceptable as a presidential candidate.
and those who know that the end of the world will come if Obama is re-elected.

It might not be "Dreamland for neocons" but it's far from a nightmare for the reasonable person.

I saw 2016, reviewed it on my blog. I thought it was an effective piece of propaganda. It argues that most of Obama's ideas come from the anti-colonialist views of his father's. To me, that's really nutty.
First, who isn't anti-colonialist? Did you see anyone running for President this cycle on a platform saying we need more colonies? Does anyone think conquering foreign countries is a good idea? Of course Obama's anti-colonialist. Everyone is.
Second, it says Obama shows his contempt for the West by getting rid of a bust of Churchill that used to be in the Oval Office. What happened was, he moved it into the Residence. It was a routine matter of White House redecorating, not an insult to Britain.
Third, it makes a big deal of the completely insignificant fact that Obama favors the Falkland Islands being returned to Argentina. Uh, look at a map.
Oh, and one of Obama's grandpa's friends was investigated by the FBI for Communist links under J. Edgar Hoover. Uh, like such radicals as General George Marshall.
It's a film that doesn't stand up to much scrutiny.

"I'm still undecided, I guess....going to watch 2016 this weekend...thoughts?"

'2016 claim Obama is "weirdly sympathetic to Muslim jihadists" in Afghanistan and Pakistan. He does not mention that Obama ordered the raid that killed Osama bin Laden and the drone strikes that have killed dozens of other terrorists in the region.

2016 wrongly claims that Obama wants to return control of the Falkland Islands from Britain to Argentina. The U.S. refused in April to endorse a final declaration on Argentina's claim to the islands at the Summit of the Americas, provoking criticism from other Latin American nations.

2016 claims Obama has "done nothing" to impede Iran's nuclear ambitions, despite the severe trade and economic sanctions his administration has imposed on that country to halt its suspected nuclear program. Obama opposes a near-term military strike on Iran, either by the U.S. or Israel, although he says the U.S. will never tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran.

2016 falsely caims Obama removed a bust of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill from the Oval Office because Churchill represented British colonialism. White House curator William Allman said the bust, which had been on loan, was already scheduled to be returned before Obama took office. Another bust of Churchill is on display in the president's private residence, the White House says.

2016 asserts with no evidence that Obama sympathized with native Hawaiians who felt they had been marginalized by the American government when Hawaii was becoming a state. D'Souza also asserts – again with no evidence – that Obama had been coached to hold those views at Punahou, the prestigious prep school he attended.

In Kenya, D'Souza (the director)interviews Philip Ochieng, a lifelong friend of the president's father, who claims the elder Obama was "totally anti-colonial." Ochieng also discloses some of his own political views, complaining about U.S. policy in Afghanistan and Iraq and saying the U.S. refuses to "tame" Israel, which he calls a "Trojan horse in the Middle East." D'Souza seems to suggest that if a onetime friend of Obama's late father holds those opinions, so, too, must the president himself.

I could continue but I think you get the point, maybe you would be better served by by spending time reviewing things that challenge your assumptions rather then reinforce them using baseless propaganda.

With all of the current issues facing our nation, what in the world is Pres. Obama doing running around trying to raise money and campaign? We did not vote this indvidual in to be absent from his post when the US needs a president the most. This last week really made me stop and think about where my vote is going. A president needs to be on the job and taking care of business. The Democratic Party can raise money and campaign. Does he simply not understand his job?

Since when is a president not allowed to campaign for reelection? I'm guessing you didn't complain when Bush did it in 2004. And if you don't want him to have to raise money, fine. Support publicly funded elections and campaign spending limits instead.

I swear, the harder Romney crashes and burns, the more desperate these forums get...

"The Dream" was never real or feasible - it was always a fantasy founded upon ignorance and hype. Obama is not a practical leader - the man has no idea how to lead or compromise. Also, Obama's is far far over his head with economic matters and when the guy goes off teleprompter you see how embarrassingly inept he really is. Socialism is his only background so trying to lead a capitalistic economy is like trying to teach an elephant to fly. He doesn't get it and he never will!!

To: KJB1 Eugene, OR: You may have missed the point of my comments. This relates to priorities for the president. The US faces issues that have recently exploded with our embassy's and the continuing problem of the budget and jobs. He has simply been absent on all of these while out raising money. I don't want a president who cannot prioritize what is most important. He was elected to do a job and campaigning is not in the job description.

While the voters in Utah may loathe the current POTUS. The rest of the country isn't buying into your opinion. For some reason the Gallup poll seems to show the our President is currently out-polling "Our" guy Mitt. Utah is not a swing state, unfortunately. Note to Mitt: You need to turn your Poll numbers around. Your Political Consultants aren't doing their job. You need better game plan.

I think its a good idea to reprint stories from other newspapers to provide a more balanced view of the election.

By the way, did you happen to see the New York Times article entitled "Obama Erases Romney’s Edge on Economy, Poll Finds"

That would be another good article to reprint.

For anyone still wondering about this election, PLEASE go to a theatre to watch the film, "2016-Obama's America". You will then know in BHO's own words what his agenda is, his purpose, and his motivatiional drive for this country. There will be no mistaking any of the rhetoric that he says today. More importantly, YOU will know. It is a must see for the sake of our country.
