Doubtful.

Rather, he fairly clearly intends, as leftists have, since the early days of COMINTERN, to disrupt and destroy his nation's economy and government, so as to bring about, "by all available means, including armed force, . . . the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and . . . the creation of an international Soviet republic . . . ."

It's what leftists do.

MEXICO CITY — The conservative National Action Party joined Mexico's main leftist party Thursday in accusing the winner of the country's July 1 presidential election of campaign wrongdoing, saying it has "strong and conclusive" evidence of the use of illicit funds.
