USU AGGIE FAN
Logan, Utah

I'm excited to watch the game tomorrow, it's not everyday that the team with the best defense in the country comes to Logan.

"We just go about our the business the exact same way, week in and week out. As I've said a thousand times before, if there was a better way to prepare, we wouldn't save it for any particular weeks"

Is that why the team looked so gassed for the next month after the BYU game last year?! The defense got punched in the mouth by some mediocre teams in 3 of the next 4 games as the Utes basically tanked their season with blowout losses to ASU, Cal & Washington.

Taxpayers in the state of Utah are paying $10 million dollars a year to subsidize the Ute athletics department, and the Utes want more subsidy. Instead of giving in to their demands, state taxpayers should insist that $10 million of the Utes payout from the Pac 10 go to the state's general education fund. If the Utes want to overspend on new facilities, they should enlist their donors. Utah taxpayers should not be subsidizing BCS schools, nor should taxpayers in any other state be subsidizing the BCS schools in their state.

BCS schools should be putting money into the state educational system. They should never be taking money out by receiving large subsidies and asking for more. Contact your state legislator today.

USU is copying Utah's chart to success. I hope they do well after tonight.

Wait a moment....
I thought only mid-major teams down south were used to fill the Thursday and Friday night slots?
What gives??

I respect Utah State and their coaches, but you are still a WAC team, 2 notched below a 2 time BCS winner and Conference of Champion member.

Don't be too sad, you're easily the 2nd best team in the state.

Right behind BYU.

110th meeting and 110th W for Utah. And ThomasJefferson, as I said just a minute ago USU will not win. And it definetly won't be that close. Utah will destroy USU as they always do.

Even on a Utah/Utah St post, the bitter southies still have nothing better to write about.

Glad to see this rivalry continue on again tonight. It has been nice not hearing the USU faithful whine and moan about the break.

Go Utes!! Go Wildcats!!

I mean no disrespect to Utah when I say this, but I honestly think that had USU and Utah played these last 2 years, USU would have won at least one of those games. USU is getting much better, and although I think Utah will win this game, USU certainly stands a chance.

I will be cheering for the Aggies tonight because I think they deserve it. Hopefully both the Utes and the Aggies go undefeated in all their games against out-of-state competition.

Last year, yes. I think USU would have beaten Utah. This year, not so much. I would love to USU win, but I think Utah's D is way too tough.

with 6:00 left in first half. Life is good. Thank you ESPN for exposing this team for what it is. Utah State looks like they are playing East High.

A1994,

It's almost half-time, and it's interesting to read these pre-game posts. It looks like we are learning that USU is for real, and Utah's offense is worse than we expected. Kyle Van Noy is going to have a lot of fun with this Utah offense.

Utah's defense seems to be ok, at least they're keeping Utah in the game.

"Utah will destroy USU as they always do."

In other words, Utah will be destroyed by USU.

and Wynn, unfortunately for Utah, is living up to his porcelain doll reputation...

Wait - What? This must be fake. What happened to the mighty Pac 12 Utes?

I'm an Aggie fan for tonight. USU is a very good team - got to respect Coach Anderson and what he's done up in Logan.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a nice quiet bus ride back home mister!! The red team looked like WAC wannabees. Conference of champions. What a joke!!

Ironhide

Oh my. Great game. Anyone whining about PI on the last play in the endzone, absolutely objective, NOT even close to a penalty. Poorly thrown ball and Christopher was falling backwards into the DB. He wanted the ref to bail him out, but there was no penalty to call. hard fought on both sides. Looks like Hays should have been the starter all along.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!

We found out who has the best defense in the country, didn't we.

So much for the conference of champions - the truth comes out. Good job Aggies. You humiliated the mighty utes in front of the whole state. Have a nice quiet bus ride back to SLC - utah!!

It doesn't get any easier. The Cougars are hungry.
