"In United States v. Brignoni-Ponce, the U.S. Supreme Court found: “The likelihood that any given person of Mexican ancestry is an alien is high enough to make Mexican appearance a relevant factor.” it's criminal profiling, and good luck in an honest court proving racial profiling over criminal profiling. It's time for American workers to start taking these groups to court. Breaking the law, then calling racism to stop enforcement is racist.

We criminal profile all the time in this country. Those breaking immigration laws are not special.
