Utah hasn't lost to an non-ranked WAC or MWC team in over 61 games. I don't see us losing Friday.

Go UTES!!

Aggies,

You are the second best program in Utah and I respect coach Anderson for his work, but at the end of the day you, like byu, are a wac team and two levels below a conference of champion member and two time bcs winner. Thanks for playing.

It's too bad none of the high school football population will be able to watch the game. Half of the state of Utah will be at high school venues. Romney stadium, which struggles to fill on a Saturday, sure could use that high school community to help fill the stands.

I agree with Rodgers. There are tix for sale on ksl for $20. This game should be played on Saturday. More fans would show up. I wasn't going but due to the availability of cheap tickets, I guess I'll head over.

Go Utes.

It's laughable how fixated you are on labels. As we saw last year versus 10-loss Colorado, Utah is capable of losing to ANYBODY!

I'm a Ute fan first, Aggie fan second. I am really looking forward to seeing the Aggies compete in the MWC next year. I don't seeany $20 tickets for sale anywhere. This game should be a small test for the Utes. I don't see the Aggies being better at any positions but QB and maybe place kicker. Those won't be enough. Utah should winn this game without any problem on the backs of the D-line and John White.

Go Utes! Go Aggies!

It's nice to see our resident troll finally admitting that the even the Aggies are now better than the Utes.

A wise man once said, "It takes one to know one." Or maybe it was a young child, either way.

But you're right in your first post, we can lose to anybody, and I expect a great game from the Aggies, though I do think we will pull away in the second half.

Go Utes!

Was the 62nd game the 27-0 game against UNLV?

Uteology,

That may be true, but you haven't played a WAC or MWC team every week either. I will do people a favor. You have won your last 24 MWC/WAC games against unranked opponents. That's still really good, but before those 24 you lost two in a row against UNLV and Air Force.
For reference, BYU has lost 5 such games since 2006, so not quite as good as Utah (who have lost 4 within that time frame). Just making sure the record was set straight.

Way to go SnackPAC!!!!! Great call; great post! I'm laughing so hard I may not have enough left to go with an Aggie win Friday night! Banzai!!

Nice spin, but Kyle lost to EVERY bottom-dwelling team in the MWC - New Mexico, Colorado State, Wyoming, AND 10-loss UNLV - and he's continued that dubious distinction of losing to conference bottom dwellers in the PAC, where he's already lost to 10-loss Colorado and barely survived beating 4-win WSU last season. Kyle's record against good teams in the PAC isn't anything to brag about either. Kyle didn't beat a single PAC opponent with a winning record in 2011.

I love Coach Andersen, but Utah is not going to lose to Utah State this year.

The Aggies will provide a good test (to gauge where the Utes are) but this year the defensive line for Utah is nothing short of incredible. It reminds me a lot of the 2004 and 2008 Utah defenses.

The Utes have a decent shot at the PAC-12 championship game if their offense can play reasonably well this season.

Coach Anderson has done a great job at USU so far. Almost knocking off Auburn last year would have been sweet. They probably won't knock off the Utesies but like has been said when you lose to 2-10 Colorado you shouldn't really start thumping your chests about who you never lose to.
We know the Utesies team is two things in this order:
1. Defense
2. White the 16th
Like last year the Defense will win a lot of games for U this year. USC and Barkley will destroy U mark it down.

Fail, we heard all the Rose Bowl talk last year as well. They won't sniff the PC

The last game Andersen coached against as a Ute didn't see a loss coming their way. Assuming USU reduces penalty yards the Aggies will make this a close game.

I'll definitely be at this game in a BYU hat and USU shirt, hoping the Aggies can take down the Utes. There's a lot of optimism in Cache Valley for the Aggies this year, and what Coach Anderson has been doing in certainly responsible for that.

Watch out for the USU run game (including Keeton) and how many INTs Wynn throws. I'm expecting a close game.

Stranger things have happened after all.

Uteology: Could be wrong but I don't think BYU nor TCU were ranked in 2009 when they both beat the Utes, as members of the MWC.
