People who believe organic food is safer, isn’t aware that the risks of contracting E. coli and Salmonella food poisoning is dramatically higher with organic food compared to conventionally grown food. I speak from personal experience because I got really, really sick from contracting E. coli poisoning from organic food because it was contaminate with animal feces that was used as organic fertilizer. If you insist on eating organic food, wash it well and above all else, cook it completely to kill the bacteria. Trust me; you do not want to ever get E. coli food poisoning! Your kidneys will appreciate it! Bon appetite!
