Now that is one GOP proposal I can fully support.
It's already here, and the republicans aren't going to make it go away.
So it's free enterprise unless it's something they disagree with? Again, personal responsibility! We don't need the government to tell us whether we can gamble or not.
I'm sure all Nevadans oppose on-line gambling, but I wonder about the reason why. I assume these same folks have no trouble with brick and mortar casinos, right?
It would be interesting to see a study done on how much rent and food money is gambled away by those who are addicted and who can afford it the least, which I suspect is those who gamble the most.
Don't the republicans hate government intervention and regulation, or just some government intervention and regulations.
