Mr. Obama had virtually no foreign policy experience when he started his presidency. As Hilary CLinton noted during her campaign, he is not the man we want answering the red telephone.

The republicans can put a quick end the notion of President Obama's superior foreign policy acumen by reminding America of the hot mic scandal when he told Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that he’ll have more flexibility “after my election.”

You're confused.

Billions to the Muslim Brotherhood, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and Finland is very recent. Most of this came from the stimulus package. Even if this came from sixty years ago, it's still hurting us, and wrong.
