They should remove the captain's band from Kyle Beckerman until he can prove to be a team player. Three red cards in one season is not acceptable. In Kyle's defense, I love his fire. I love his passion. I love his effort and ability to finish. He's an incredible player and one of my RSL favorites. But, until he can prove to control his emotions on the field, he's not particularly a good fit for captain. With a man down, we lost all that attacking momentum (right when a spirited, passionate Espindola entered the game no less), and had to form a defensive shell.

We could have won 3 -0 or 4-0 last night with the momentum and passion we had pushing forward. RSL was not backing down; not last night! Goal differential is HUGE in CCL play. This isn't only about three points. It's also about goal differntial! Kyle knows that!! This may come back to bite us.
