To answer your question: Radicals who can't win the public debate outright, so they have to resort to exclusion and character attacks.
Both parties really need to rein in the radicals, this election rhetoric is spinning out of control.
Heaven forbid anyone should have a conversation or affiliation with someone who does not agree with them!
