Wasted money on a preventable disease. This money could be used else where, or the beginning of tax cuts as promised in a 2008 presidential campaign speech.

I think you are at last partially right the money to try to educate you about the reality of this disease obviously was a waste.

Educate? This is a behavior disease which unfortunately effect some innocent people.
Liberals want responsible people paying for the actions of others. This is one example of why our country is so far in debt.
I'm not the villain here, but am taxed for the actions of others.
