Good news is they got out of the WAC. Bad news is they didn't make any steps foward when moving to the MWC.
The MWC is an awesome move for USU.
It is great to continue the Nevada rivalry and to renew the UNLV series. New Mexico is also a great basketball school. This will do wonders for beefing up the Aggie's schedule, improve recruiting exposure and increase the chances for moving on in the big dance.
The MWC is a perfect fit and USU will rise to the top in both basketball and football.
Go Big Blue!!!
I know it is hard to break yourself away from the constant attention that you show BYU to have even a 5 sentence story on USU,but could you please change the summary to refer to the correct school. This story is about USU, not BYU.
When BYU is clearly better than USU habbits break hard. But as you can see Danneskjold this is clearly a USU article not BYU. Can't wait to see the aggies with their mouth's on the floor when SUU comes to town Aug.30th.
BYU is so clearly better than USU that they were schooled two years ago in football and only won last year in the final seconds with a very lucky play. USU had three NFL draftees to the Y's zero draftees this year. In basketball the winner is almost always the home team when the Cougars and Aggies square off.
I don't mean any disrespect to BYU, I just want to point out that USU is making very positive improvements on the grid-iron and the Aggies are continually one of the top two college basketball programs in Utah. The move to the MWC will help USU to continue to grow and gain positive recognition.
Big deal you beat them 1 time in how many years? Oh please every aggie means to disrespect BYU and every other school for that matter. Football while improving is still a joke up in Logan and basketball just doesn't have what it takes to contend in the big dance anymore. End of story.

Please stop being a troll. It's mildly annoying.
Sambonethegreat,
Please stop following me like so many others. It's mildly annoying. I can have and do have an opinion and nothing is gonna stop that. I know you guy's don't like hearing the truth. Someone has to say it though.
