I'm glad Mo is back to play the point, but I hope he doesn't eat into Burks minutes at shooting guard. We know Hayward is somehow going to get 30+ minutes a game from now on, whether all at SG or some of it at SF. I also want Burks to get 25+ a game. Let Mo just play point, and let Burks have some of the PG backup minutes and most of the backup SG minutes.

Brad Rock missed on 2 points , Harris played both the 1 and 2 mostly 1 but he played the 2 some and Marvin Williams doesn't play the 2, he plays the 3 and some at the 4. That's not really important but it would be nice if he had his facts straight.
I'm excited about the new players KOC has picked up, Mo will bring toughness and leadership and he is a very good scorer, his 3 point shot is more consistent than Harris, I like the change , I think it is definately a upgrade. Marvin Williams is the tall, long athletic 3 we have needed, hopefully he can improve and come cloer to his percieved potential, a new enviroment and new system may be just what he needs. His 3 point shooting has been pretty good and defensively his is a major improvement. All in all two very good moves by KOC and the team is better IMO. Good job KOC.

I hope Hayward gets most of his minutes at the 2, he plays better at the 2 and gives us the advantage when he is at the position. I hope Burks get more and more time at the 1 backing up Mo.
Marvin gives us the size we need at the 3, his outside shooting, 3's in particular will open things up for our bigs in the paint. I'm excited to see how Burks and Kanter play in the summer league, I think Kanter will show people he was a very good pick and will show more offensive talent than many think he has. I would love to hear more about how the summer workouts have been going.

Also looking forward to the summer league games next week, watching Burks perfect his skills at the point, new Jazzman Kevin Murphy playing on a bigger stage and swishing jumpers, and Enes Kanter blossoming more and more. If you guys missed summer league last year, be sure to watch. It's an intimate gym atmosphere with no fans (you can hear the squeaking sneakers and players' grunts)...just team personnel, coaches and players mostly but it's very intense, especially because some of the people playing have not been drafted and know it might be their last shot to impress. I believe that the schedule is listed on the Jazz Tribune web site, The games are July 9-13. Hopefully, all games will be shown on NBA-TV.

Great moes by he Jazz this week. I suspect Mo will return to an All-Star caliber player this year. He will certainly score a bit more and how out a few more assists then Harris did.

Marvin Williams is an athletic swing. He has played in Atlanta which has had little to no post game. Their big man was Al thornton who is more a perimeter player. Having an inside game with our bigs may be what it takes to get him going. He will not have to create his own shot as much as simply be in the right spot after Big Al gets doubled down on.

Finally I hope Al and Favors start low. It gives us size and defense where we are lacking a bit. Allowing Milsap and Kanter to play together gives us offensive and defensive presense down low and Milsap could easily be the best 6th man next year. We have gotten better just need to see how things mesh now. 2 round playoff team or conferance finals is my bet. Spurs our older, Jazz are to. Clippers aren't any better even with Odom. Lakers who. OKC still best in the west.
