Didn't we just "stimulate the economy" with billions of dollars in road maintenance contracts? And now we're already looking for a road maintenance "bailout?" Who's steering this ship??

Bailouts are part of the Shell Games, its all being done with money that doesn't exist and if money doesn't exist it doesn't help the economy. While government is pretending to have money to spend this same imagination is making the economy look like something is happening. In reality is the economy is reacting with more negative money being added to the shell game, its called debt.

Consumers pretend they have money by borrowing it to spend, and business pretend what the debt consumers spend is money, and the business pay the banks and manufactures with debt money that doesn't exist and so on up the ladder. The bank and consumer debt spiral is fake money and when money is needed no one has it to cover any losses and the balloon explodes and it has noting but hot air in it.

Our Shell Game is about to implode and road construction seems important enough to keep pretending? So how does poverty overcome debt income? I wonder if China is getting IOU's like Congress is giving to the SSA, Medicaid, and Medicare?
