I hope he has the character and mental strength to make the team, but it would be great to have a 6'7 2 guard that has a shot and can also get to the basket. Evidently some people are worried about his weight (he might be underweight - but so was Reggie Miller and that didn't seem to hold him back). These boards kept emphasizing the need for an outside shooter, so this looks like a good move. Adding Mo Williams can only make it better.

Doesn't matter if he can shoot, they wont let them shoot anyway.
Besides shooting ability I think it is a plus that he graduated from college, that he is married and gives the appearance that he will fit in well with our young team. Welcome to the Utah Jazz and to Utah, Kevin. We are a team on the way up, keep it going.
