Being a fan of Fox's Sunday night lineup, its nothing I had not seen before just juxtaposed characters in a different context.
MacFarlane (Family Guy & American Dad) pushes the envelope on TV. Here he has a bit more freedom & the R rating is definitely deserved.
The sad part is this movie could have been funnier. The raunchier bits and language could have been fewer. There could have been more of the pop culture references & witty observations that make the aforementioned shows what they are.
Ted was no Dogma or Jay & Silent Bob strike back but was a decent. Hopefully, MacFarlane will do better next time.
This movie was so funny I couldn't breathe the whole time. McFarlane is a master of comedy and this movie showed it. Ted is a must see if you want a good laugh.
