Nigel Melville is regarded as a villian in the rugby community in the US. USA Rugby is doing a horrible job with College and High school rugby marketing. The question that should have been asked is USA Rugby targeting BYU with the new rule that a rugby players eligibilty starts when he graduates from high school not when he starts college ? ie, missionaries, military veterans.
Second question, is it true that USA Rugby took all of the gate money from 2011 college final between BYU and Cal and did not give a cent to the teams playing ?
