And so the groundwork for a mistrial or appeal begins. Or perhaps just carries on.
So unfortunate that justice was metered out in a fairly quick (?) fashion, as opposed to the attorney's permanent employment act, in most of these cases. Anyone remember how long it took Elizabeth Smart to get justice? Lawyers are a part of the problem, not a part of the solution. Good for the Judge in this case!
It is unfortunate that the true feelings cannot be displayed in this forum for these children predators who should have been their protectors. Their devious designs is appalling when his leadership should have been questioned and action taken years ago.
