Don't understand this at all, the tests and predictions are based on different elements and how its measured. Both studies should be a measure of the same elements that each claim are causing the dead zone. The one that really matters is what is killing the fish and wildlife in the Gulf. Or is it oil platforms? That has to be relevant as well.
I would tend to believe the gulf testing results more the one measured 3,000 miles upstream. North has a motive to lie for liability and the other is result based actuarial of real time data because of its impact on measurable information.
