This AP article is playing loose with the numbers. Mr Vargas says 1/6th of All Americans are Hispanic. About right though slightly high. 130 million people voted in the last election. 12.5 million were Hispanic. The voter registration rates of Hispanics is down this year and near 135 million are expected to vote this election. So it appears as if about 9 percent of the voters will be Hispanic.
That 9 percent number is substancially less than 1/6th pushed by the author. 16.66 percent vs 9 percent reality. Those are actual numbers not numbers the left leaning AP wants you to think about. That is also why they push the AP poll or a CNN poll. Because they consistently make it appear as if Obama is doing better than he is!
Compare the results of those polls to Gallup and Rasmussen in the just held Wisconsin election hitting Gov Scott Walkers number near exact.
Dick Morris polled 6,000 plus with error rate of less than 1/2 of 1 percent and that poll shows Romney up 7 points giving him more swing states.
In the end its the Economy Obama has Failed at!
