This is an example where the resources of multiple states or the national government are called for. As the article pointed out, many, if not most, of the air craft are not just out out date-they are unsafe to use due to their extreme age. As one blogger who was quoted pointed out, if a wild land fire isn't attack soon after detection, it will soon be out of control. It is crucial that more resources are used to obtain firefighting aircraft that can really keep out wild lands and forests from looking like Yellowstone did a few years ago.
Well, really? Now why aren't the Wyoming tankers being used? Why do politics "always" get in the way of doing the right things? I'm personally sick of the mess of politics and downright lying, greed and cheating ect and! where this great country was and where it is today
