Unlike breaking a law, if a beaurocrat feels that you have broken a regulation, you a guilty unless you can prove your innocense. No attorney will be provided if you cannot afford one. This crushes many small business'.
If this can happen on the Federal level, maybe we can make the local police wear blindfolds, highway patrol ride bicycles and de-fund local services.
If the Tea Party people succeed in taking over our government, ordinary Americans will loose freedoms.
