more corporate wellfare the tax break will almost build the refinery at time when they have been making more profit last 12 years then in history. this is why they should pay more taxes not less. the wars in the middle east cost this coutry so much and oil industry made so much why shouldnt they pay taxes? any surplus fuel in this country is sold at a higher rate somewhere else.
