No offense, but while it is neat to shovel an employees driveways, it's even neater to pay market salaries. I have shopped Backcountry, and because I enjoy the outdoors so much, looked into employment there because of the attitude and culture. But when I saw the salary range, my jaw hit the floor. Thousands less than other companies pay for comparable responsibilites.
Top management playing hooky on powder days is great, but you should be able to provide for your families.
